Right to Admission

A. No person shall be denied admission to the Foundation unless:

  • They are subject to a violation of the Legal Codex.

This clause does not restrict Command to rightfully deny applications or impose admission criteria.

B. No person shall be denied admission to official Foundation bodies, privileges, or advancement within the Foundation unless:

  • That opportunity is not offered to others of the same Security Level or department affiliation at the current moment.

C. The Internal Security Bureau shall enforce this right.

Right to Due Process

A. No person shall be denied the opportunity to appeal a punishment or punitive action to the relevant appellate bodies.

B. The Internal Security Bureau shall enforce this right.
